Who is God? Because this is an open study for the moment, let us get a perspective of who God really is. He is the creator of the universe, He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. He is aTriune God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is the Great I Am. The study will go into the attributes of God by studying His names. He is perfect, holy and wonderful. God is love. "Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
3. Jeremiah 17:7-8 (NASB)
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD
And whose trust is the LORD.
'For he will be like a tree planted by the water,
That extends its roots by a stream
And will not fear when the heat comes;
But its leaves will be green,
And it will not be anxious in a year of drought
Nor cease to yield fruit'."
